2. Information you provide
If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, business name, telephone number, project requirements and correspondence. If you commission a project, we may also receive invoice details, payment references, approved business documents and the information required to deliver the agreed service.
Please provide only information needed for your enquiry or project. Do not send passwords, full card data, one-time passcodes or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
3. How the enquiry form works
The enquiry form on our Contact Us page prepares an email using your device’s email application. Form entries are used in your browser to prepare that email; the form does not submit them to a separate website database. We receive the enquiry only if you send the email. Your email provider processes the message under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Technical information and cookies
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and security logs to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Infrastructure security cookies may be set by those providers.
This website does not currently use advertising pixels, behavioural advertising or an analytics tool configured by us. We do not set marketing cookies or use browser storage to track visitors.
